Day.....whatever!


Well....I knew this would happen. It is hard to keep a continuing record each day. I will just put in a log periodically. I still haven't had the guts to stand on the scales....I will, someday. My cloths are feeling a little better, so I think I have lost a few pounds...just a few. I have been pretty good at exercising...mostly treadmill, but now on tuesdays, I am doing Zumba....it's an aerobic's/dance class held at the school from 3-4. We met in the wrestling room and it was really HOT! Supposedly they like to keep that room hot for those poor boys..something about keeping their muscles warmed up/sweating and all. It was yucky, but I loved the workout. I am eating a lot better. Most of all, I don't eat after a certain time in the evenings...just drink. I still need to work on my water. Yes, I have been good at scripture study as well. Yeah!!

Day 11........................................

Sorry for the lapse in recording......this has been a very emotional week, yes I have eaten some things "comfort foods" during this time but really not too bad.

Update, Tuesday night we spent beautiful family time with our sweet friend of over 17yrs...Mockey David Schroeder...LOL...yes he had a middle name...it just evolved over the years...both Gary and Rob have David as their middle name...yes, I know our family is a bit "crazy" but maybe that's why he lived so long and we loved him so much!!! Anyway, I don't have a real clue about how much or what I ate those days...I did loose my appetite for a while....but unfortunately IT'S BACK!!! Here was yesterdays menu

Breakfast.......................nothing, just didn't have time. I did work out on the treadmill

Lunch...........................Lean Cuisine meal and 100 cal yogurt

Snack...........................some tortilla chips and homemade salsa

Dinner..........................stir fry

day 8..............

Well, it's been over a week and here I am....

Breakfast.................100 cal yogurt

Snack.....................banana and popcorn

Lunch.....................piece homemade toast with butter and jam

Snack.....................banana

Dinner....................Homemade individual cheese pizza

Snack.....................100 cal yogurt

Did the treadmill and read scriptures!

Day 7.........................

Well............I could have done better, but it was an ok day.

Breakfast................100 cal yogurt, cream of wheat cereal

Lunch....................100 cal yogurt, Smart on dinner

Dinner...................1 1/2 slice homemade bread, meatloaf, corn, baked potato with light sour cream and butter

I loved the homemade bread and could have eaten the whole loaf, but I limited myself to 1 1/2 slices.....I also made it with part whole wheat. I noticed that I am not drinking as much as I need to...I upped my water last night and did pretty good. Watched General Conference, what a great weekend

Day 6..............................

Whew! This was a really busy saturday!!! Probably didn't do my best, but here it is..

Breakfast..................100 cal yogurt

Lunch......................Cesar salad and roll

Dinner.....................Pasta Bowl at Olive garden, salad and 1 breadstick

snack......................100 cal yogurt

We had a great night at the Olive Garden while the men folk were at the Priesthood Session........I will do better tomorrow! SS (SS=scripture study) done.

Day 5....................


Woot Woot! 5! A whole hand as Max would say!!!

Breakfast.................Cream of wheat cereal

Snack.....................100 cal yogurt

Lunch.....................homemade single serving cheese pizza

snack.....................popcorn

Dinner....................Chicken 'n' rice, 100 cal yogurt


Now, I am going to record something else......I know, boring for you, but good for me to record.....my personal scripture study!

I am starting to read the BofM (again) tonight....I'm excited, but I need to catch up to Kati...she just got out of Alma..LOL I know, good luck =)

Day 4.................



Wow...it's already Day 4....and it was another pretty good day....

Breakfast................1/2 serving of cream of rice cereal (this because I ran out...booooo)

Snack....................100 Cal yogurt

Lunch....................popcorn and diet coke (not very healthy, but all I had time for...this was a busy day. And, I fixed my visiting teachee's a candy bar treat..which was a Halloween container with Twix bars...you will be proud...I didn't even have one!! Hurray!!

Dinner...................Homemade individual cheese pizza and diet rootbeer. This was a yummy and very filling dinner.

Snack....................100 cal yogurt

Oh, sorry to say, I didn't work out on the treadmill today...honestly, it was such a busy day. I guess I could do it now but ya know, I'm not very motivated tonight ... kind of sore and just want to relax. I will for sure work out in the morning.
