
Another great day.....
Started the day out on the Treadmill again......
Breakfast............100 cal yogurt and banana
Lunch................Lean pocket and 100 cal yogurt
Snack after work.....100 cal yogurt and large veggie salad
diet A&W rootbeer
Dinner...............Hawaiian Haystack
(Rob called it a short stack LOL)
I decided something though, you know how I said I wouldn't have any pop....well I decided that why am I taking everything away that I love...I enjoy a diet pop once in a while, so I will now limit myself to 2 diet drinks a week with one being diet Dr Pepper!!! I am happy with that...Hopefully you don't think I am too weak...well, I guess I sort of am because I'm giving in...but ya know, it's hard enough to give up everything else when you diet...it's such an emotional thing to do and if you have never had to diet before, you just wouldn't understand..sorry..it's a decision I am making for myself and I am happy with it, may change later, who really knows...I just wonder why I shouldn't have something I enjoy once in a while...this I can do! Day 3 is right around the corner....keeping positive and trying hard...I'm glad I have work keeping me busy!!!
Don't feel like you have to justify having something that you like. It has been shown that if you feel that you are depriving yourself, you are more likely to fail or give up. You may decide later down the road that it is something you don't want anymore, but for now, I think that what you are doing is great!
